About Me

Hi, I’m Emily — a Sports Massage Therapist and Veterinary Physiotherapist with a passion for movement, recovery, and overall wellbeing.


I began my career working with animals, specifically horses, and it quickly became clear how much the rider’s own body impacted their performance and health. That insight led me to train in sports massage, and I now work with both people and animals to help them move better and feel their best.


My own background in training spans CrossFit, Triathlons, and now bodybuilding — so I understand firsthand the demands these sports place on the body. This experience informs my hands-on approach, helping me tailor treatments that support recovery, improve mobility, and enhance performance across a wide range of disciplines.


Alongside targeted treatments for injury recovery and performance, I also offer relaxation massage and cycle support massage — creating space for rest, hormone balance, and nervous system recovery.


I’m currently training as a Personal Trainer too, so I can bring an even more holistic approach to your care.
